Important: BPC registration requirements

Completing this course does not automatically register you as a Building Inspector (Pool Safety).

The Building and Plumbing Commission has separate registration requirements, which currently include practical industry experience, an Experience Logbook, Technical Referee Report, supporting evidence and completion of the BPC registration process.

The BPC currently requires applicants to demonstrate at least six months of practical experience in pool inspection work.

If your intention is to become registered, we strongly recommend reviewing the current BPC requirements before enrolling: https://www.bpc.vic.gov.au/builders/builder-classes/building-inspector-pool-safety

SPASA Training provides the approved training component of the registration pathway but cannot guarantee that successful course completion will result in BPC registration.

Minimum registrations

This course is subject to minimum registration numbers.

SPASA Training reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the course if minimum participant numbers are not reached. Registered participants will be contacted as soon as possible if there are any changes to the scheduled course. We recommend participants consider this when making non-refundable travel or accommodation arrangements.
