Join us for the final 2025 VECMOS Masterclass, hosted by the University Geelong Hospital. 


University Hospital Geelong: 'The Other Side of ECMO' - 27 Nov 2025

This session will delve into the critical elements that drive success in an ECMO service, focusing on teamwork, leadership, communication and culture as well as moral distress and ethical considerations. 

We acknowledge that each team member’s role is essential in providing life-saving care in high stakes situations.  This session will highlight effective leadership strategies emphasising how leaders can foster a supportive environment, promote clear communication and enhance team performance. 

For organisations outside of Victoria, site tickets are available to provide the opportunity for units to host their own networking event while broadcasting the Masterclass. 

Drinks and light refreshments will be provided for in person attendees.
