We’ve crafted an itinerary that  will allow you to fully experience the beauty and culture of this incredible country ……VIETNAM here we come!!

We’ll start in Hanoi, spending two nights in the vibrant capital before heading to Halong Bay for a memorable overnight cruise. From there, we’ll fly to Hoi An for two nights, where you can enjoy the town’s unique charm. Finally, we’ll conclude our journey with two nights in the bustling city of Ho Chi Minh.

The tour lasts a total of 7 nights. There are also optional excursions, including the Bamboo Circus and a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels on the final day, which you can choose to add on and pay for during the trip.

COST:

$1,000 Deposit, due when booked. Remainder will be due via installments of balance sum March 2025. Payment plan is available.  The deposit will be for flights and the land itinerary as listed, which is non-refundable.

If you wish to come solo, but would like to share a room/expenses …. no worries we can help with our “room buddy” matching.

Do I need a Passport?

Yes you require a passport with an expiry date OVER 6MTHS from our trip. Please note all booking must be an EXACT MATCH to the details on your passport.

Do I need a Visa?

For Vietnam we will need to get a Visa before we travel, for further information on that you can visit smart traveller but we will be providing clear instructions once booked.

Can I come Solo?

Yes, this is a hosted event. You will have 2 friendly hosts to help you throughout the trip. Our last trip to Bali 90% of members attended solo, some members had never been overseas and others had not been overseas for years.

What are our proposed flights?

To book the international group flights we need to get confirmed numbers to meet our allocation, by the end of September. The proposed flights will be-

Vietnam Airlines- 03MAY MEL-SGN depart 1035 arrive 1625, connecting to SGN-HAN departing 1900 arriving 2105 into Hanoi

Returning on Vietnam Airlines- 10MAY SGN- MEL direct departing 2105 arriving 0825am on the 11th May (an overnight flight).
