In these experiential sessions we will explore the Viewpoints and how they can offer range, structure and limitless ways we can respond to time and space. We will engage in embodiment techniques connecting with the creative self somatically and explore practices to find a deeper sense of flow. We will explore how to deepen your acting practice through a wholistic approach, finding more presence, authenticity, greater range and hone your ability to listen and respond to your impulses. We will investigate how the Viewpoints can be utilised as compositional tools for creating collaborative theatre in a way that is creative, playful and expansive. These sessions are for practitioners including actors, dancers, teaching artists, writers, directors, bodyworkers and anyone interested in this dynamic technique which is a wonderful embodiment framework and an excellent toolkit for devising performance.
