About the Kinship Playshop:
UPP presents Kinship Playshop. A deep sensory immersion into ritual, art, connection and expression.
This is a future fresh new space where interactive art, co-creation and community come together.
This is a guided experience hosted by UPP’s Artist, Founder and Master Facilitator OFFERINGS (Play Moves exhibition). UPP makes spectacular spaces for everyday humans, humans just like you.
In this guided Kinship Playshop™ (workshop), participants use object art, space, sense, movement, language and energy to stimulate radical self-expression, safely practicing courage, gaining new insights, experiencing liberation and increasing genuine connection to self and others.
UnitePlayPerform is an Award Winning organisation trail blazing new pathways at the intersection of art, health, science and wellbeing.
Founded by Artist, Performer, Designer and facilitator OFFERINGS, UPP’s visionary work has been featured in this years blockbuster exhibition at the Museum of Brisbane, Pitch Festival, Purpose Conference and Melbourne Design Fair. Playshops are designed to create radical new ways of being, thinking and engaging through play based design. UPP designs cool spaces for change makers, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, healers, lovers and feelers !

Dhana Merritt is an artist, naturopath, collaborator and curator based in Meanjin (Brisbane). Her research-driven practice is informed by vis medicatrix naturae - the healing power of nature and utilises simple therapeutic lifestyle rituals to enhance community health and wellbeing. Since 2016, under the moniker DM Teahouse, Dhana hosts ongoing interactive performative artworks centred around the act of drinking medicinal herbal beverages.
