Travel instructions

Rawhide Western Town & Event Center is located at 5700 W North Loop Road, Chandler, AZ 85226.  If coming via I-10:   • Take I-10 to exit 162 (Wild Horse Pass / Maricopa Road).    • Turn west on Wild Horse Pass Boulevard to reach 48th Street.    • Then south on 48th Street, and right on North Loop Road. Signs will direct you from there to the Rawhide parking lots.

Entry instructions

Where/how people should enter once onsite: • The Event Center is a fully enclosed pavilion with concrete flooring; multiple large garage doors (10) provide easy access and load-in / load-out.  • Signage is visible from North Loop Road; follow signs to the parking lot and then to the main entrance of the pavilion. • If you have a ticket (QR code / printed), have it ready for validation at the entrance.

Explore vendors inside the pavilion; also take time to walk the outdoor areas / lawn connected to the venue.

Hazards

What guests with disabilities or mobility restrictions might encounter: • The Event Center has paved parking and concrete floors, which helps for wheelchair accessibility.  • Restrooms are private/in-venue, which likely helps reduce walking distance inside.  • There may be outdoor walking involved between parking lots / outdoor areas; weather (heat, rain) could be a factor. • Garage doors / ramps likely help for entrance, but check if there are any steep inclines or thresholds.
