- Can I get tickets at the gate?
Yes, you can! Cash or card (fees apply with the use of credit cards).
- I ordered my ticket and it did not come to my email, where is it?
Please check your spam folder. 99% of the time, this is where your ticket is. If you still can't find it after checking that folder, we are only a message away from confirming it for you.
- If I pre-purchase my ticket do I get in early?
Yes! That is the perk of the pre-purchase ticket, you get to shop 30 minutes before the general public!
- I bought tickets for me and my sister. She can't come, can I bring someone else?
Yes! When we scan your tickets, it can be anyone you want, regardless of the name you put on the ticket. However, tickets can only be scanned once, so re-entry is allowed with a photo of YOU in the event at one of our photo walls. Please just show us your picture when you're revisiting the shopping event and get right back in!
- I only want to come on Saturday, do I have to buy a Saturday & Sunday Ticket?
It is automatic that you get back in on the following day/days of the shopping event. Whether you use that option is up to you.
