Entry instructions

Please enter the event at the front gate if parking in the front parking. We do have a back entrance between the two buildings if you park in the back parking lot. Signage is clearly visible.

After entry instructions

We have a two buildings and an outdoor space between the two buildings. Make sure you shop both buildings so you do not miss out on the unique vendors! We recommend going through the event multiple times. You will find something different each time!

Hazards

Myers Park & Event Center preps this venue very well. Should you encounter any issues please let someone at the Merchandise/T-Shirt area know.

Toilet location

Restrooms are available in the first building towards the back of the venue beside the concession area. Signage is clearly visible.

Accessible parking

Handicap Parking is available. Signage and parking staff is clearly visible.

Loading Zone

The Loading Zone is located behind the first building. Signage is clearly visible.

Pre-Purchase Ticket Holders

Gates open at 9:00am on Friday for all pre-purchased ticket holders. The first 25 pre-purchased ticket holders in line each day get a VMD tote full of goodies!! One tote per customer per event.
