We warmly invite you to join us for the VIP SPONSORS OPENING of the 2025 Corcoran French Kaiapoi Art Expo.
VIP SPONSORS OPENING 5pm - 6pm
OFFICIAL OPENING - 6pm - 7:30pm
At the VIP Sponsors opening you will receive a complimentary drink and nibbles and have the very first opportunity to purchase art before the show officially opens at 6pm.
All those who attend the VIP Sponsors Opening will be in to WIN a 30cm W x 42cm H print "Awe" by KAE 2025 guest artist Gwyn Hughes. The winner will be drawn at 5:30pm - to be in to win you must be in attendance!
The 19th Kaiapoi Art Expo is an exhibition of art by Waimakariri artists. With over 120 artists entering, a mixture of painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics and more will be available for purchase at the opening and over the two days of the event.
We are excited to announce Gwyn Hughes Gwyn - Portrait and Landscape Artist as our 2025 guest artist.
Gwyn is an artist specialising in portrait and landscapes, commission pieces, originals and giclee prints. He paints predominately in oils, and occasionally in acrylic and gouache.
Alongside the expo is the Pak n Save Rangiora School Art Expo with a variety of artworks from Waimakariri Schools.
The Kaiapoi Art Expo is the largest art event in the Waimakariri District and is not to be missed!
