Virtual 1 Dayer 2021 Details:

All you have to do is register here and ride where you want on Sunday 21st March to help raise awareness of mental health and suicide prevention. You can ride on your own or with a group of friends, whatever suits you. By registering, you will also receive your rider's kit in the post, which includes:

• Embroidered 1 Dayer patch
• Round 1 Dayer 2021 participation bike sticker
• `Black Dog Rider' bike sticker (new for 2021)
