On the third Sunday of March, Black Dog Ride is uniting under one banner with one voice on one single day to amplify a national message of hope, awareness and prevention. Let's get the conversation started, register for the Black Dog Ride 1 Dayer 2023 today!
Virtual 1 Dayer 2023 Details:
All you have to do is register here and ride where you want on Sunday 19th March to help raise awareness of mental health and suicide prevention. You can ride on your own or with a group of friends, whatever suits you. By registering, you will also receive your rider's kit in the post after the ride, which includes:
- Embroidered 1 Dayer patch
- Round 1 Dayer 2023 participation bike sticker
- Black Dog Rider' bike sticker
