The purpose of this session is to guide participants through a system to understand psychosocial hazard exposure and have sufficient controls in place to minimize risk of harm to workers.

About the trainers
Joelle Mitchell is an Organisational Psychologist and human factors specialist. Her qualifications include a Master of Applied Psychology and she is a certified ISO45001 auditor.
Jason van Schie is a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in occupational psychology. He has a wealth of experience consulting to workplaces locally and internationally in the areas of health, wellbeing and safety and is an accomplished speaker.
