Course description:

This course is recommended for  participants who have completed our Return to Work Scheme Essentials course or who possess an in-depth knowledge of the South Australian Return to Work scheme.

This course covers advanced technical concepts under the Return to Work legislation and provides an in-depth working knowledge of injury and claims management practices. Content focuses on best practice recovery and return to work considerations, lump sum entitlements, review of employer obligations pursuant to sections 18 and 20 of ‘The Act’, discontinuance and reductions, weekly payment reimbursement requests and the dispute resolution process.

Delivery:

This session will  be split into 2 x sessions with a break:
9.30am-11.30am
12.30pm-1.30pm

This course will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. A link to the session will be provided via email.
