    One of the most unrecognized factors in the development of mental health is the role of nutrition. Food fuels both body and mind. Just as our food choices affect our mental & physical wellness, similarly – we’re more likely to follow a healthy diet when we’re in a good headspace. 

    Last year, the Foundation organised a successful Mental Health Forum at Geelong. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, MHFA is planning to deliver the Food and Mental Health Forum virtually as a national event.
