By now you should have received a ticket in your inbox. To login you will need your ORDER NUMBER 


On Monday morning head to FOODHUI.NZ.

Click on JOIN LIVESTREAM button. 

Your order number is your password.


Now that you are logged on you can watch and interact with the livestream all from one page.

If you are not asking questions you can make your stream full screen or flip between both.

You can access the livestream at anytime during the day so make use of the schedule below so that you don't miss anything. You will notice that the day finishes in time to allow everyone time to watch the 4pm Government Announcement.

Refund policy

Your ticket serves as your entry and attendance to the FoodHui event. If you are unable to attend the event you are able to substitute delegates attending in your place. However, please notify us of any substitutions at least 72 hours in advance of the event. We are not able to provide a refund if you decide not to attend this event. As event organisers, the Restaurant Association and Eat New Zealand has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. We reserve the right to modify the Foodhui event programme up to the day of the event. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, New Zealand is in Level 2 or 3 at the time of FoodHui, we have measures in place to still hold the Foodhui. This event will still take place as a virtual event and your ticket will provide your entry. In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances cause this event to be cancelled, all delegates will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund will be provided. We accept no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred.
