Description
ATTENTION: If you were ordered to take the High Risk Driver Course by the Marion County Circuit Court, or the Marion County Justice Court, then you MUST take the class in person. Do not register for this virtual class.
REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS ONLY IF YOU HAVE BEEN ORDERED BY A JUDGE TO ATTEND.
Instructions for the class will be emailed once registration is complete.
Please note that notifications to the courts are submitted on Thursdays each week, with adjustments made as needed for holidays. We are not able to provide last minute notifications.
Plan to take this course at least 30 days before your court date.
Please make sure that you provide the correct court information at the time of registration to ensure that the proper notification can occur.

- When does this class take place? What do the dates and times on the page mean?
You are able to take the class as soon as you register. The dates and times listed on this page are when this page opens and closes. This is for administrative purposes and will not impact your ability to take the class. To ensure you have enough time to take the class and to allow for notification, we recommend taking the class at least 30 days before your court date.
- How will the court know that I have taken this class?
After you complete the class, Salem Health will send your exam scores to the indicated court. We send notifications on Thursdays each week (adjusted as needed for holidays).
- Can I get a scholarship for this course?
This course is not eligible for scholarships.
- Does the name of the individual registering for the class have to match the payment information?
No. However, the name of the individual registering for the class must match the citation or case number given by the courts. If the names do not match, the courts will be unable to link your class results to your case.
- I was referred by a Marion County Court. Can I take the virtual course?
No. The Marion Circuit Court and Marion County Justice Court require the in-person class. You may click on this link to see the next in-person class dates.
- Can I be referred to take this course from courts other than those listed on the event registration form?
Not at this time.
