Our special guest will be part 1 and 2 alumni, Fiona McLean, who will share a case study with us for which she was recently awarded EasyGenerator's Future Ready Innovator's Award.
In her new role at WSP she faced the task of how to support the 6000+ employees in Australia with effective knowledge sharing. Maybe you can relate to some of her challenges:
- the 'knowledge bleed' of workers leaving the business and taking their tacit knowledge with them
- subject matter experts not having learning or educational backgrounds
- an L&D team of 9 people tasked with supporting the learning of 6000 employees
