No prior experience is needed. All you need is an openness to receive and the willingness to surrender. You’ll lie down and relax, embarking on a journey of self-discovery. May you heal, learn, and grow to feel empowered and inspired to create a life full of expression, joy, and happiness.

How to Prepare for Your Virtual Session - Your zen at home guide

  • Set up your space: Set up in bed, on your sofa, or place a yoga mat or blanket on the floor - wherever you feel most at ease.

  • Prepare your device: Ensure Zoom is downloaded on your laptop, tablet, or phone. Position your camera to show a part of you, your body and connect speakers or wireless headphones for optimal audio.

  • Settle In: Ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection to help avoid any interruptions during the session. Try to settle into a quiet, private space where you can relax without being disturbed - away from friendly distractions.

  • Prepare for closed-eye practice: You’ll keep your eyes closed during the session; a mask is optional.

  • Join on time: Sign in to Zoom 5 minutes before the session begins.
