As a parent, it's easy to get caught up in looking after your child's needs. You can forget to look after yourself and your own needs and start to feel isolated.

Peer support groups are a great way to connect with others. They give you a chance to unwind, connect, and share experiences and ideas with people in similar situations.

Virtual MyTime is an online peer support group for families of children with disability or developmental delay. It gives parents who are working or unable to reach a local group the chance to connect online.

During a MyTime session, there is a guided discussion and a space to connect with other families. These discussions offer an opportunity for parents and caregivers to share and learn from each other
