Virtual MyTime for parents with teens is an online peer support group for families of teenagers with disability.

At Virtual MyTime, we have practical, encouraging conversations with others who “get it”. It is an opportunity to connect and share with other families during the highs and lows of the teenage years.

We talk about lots of topics including:

Supporting teens at secondary school
Navigating friendships and relationships
Supporting teens' mental health
Answering each other’s questions about the NDIS
Tips for working with therapists

Sessions run weekly at 7.30 pm on Wednesday evenings during the school term
Virtual MyTime is intended for families of teens with disability who are aged between 13 and 18 years of age.
Bookings are essential
The group facilitator is an experienced peer support facilitator who is the parent of a teen with disability
