Virtual Prenatal Workshop
Description
Are you pregnant and wanting to feel more prepared for everything coming your way? Do you want to feel empowered to make the right choices for you and your family? WHC has a free, virtual prenatal series for expectant parents of all genders.
Maybe you're just getting started, or you’ve read every book, watched every video, and read every forum and now you have questions. Maybe this isn’t your first pregnancy, but you want to feel more informed this time. This workshop is for you!
In a small group online, you will learn, get support through your pregnancy, and meet other parents-to-be. Each week, you’ll get evidence-based information and tips from our team of educators to help you make informed decisions about what works best for you and your baby. Leave feeling more confident, connected, and prepared for what comes next.
This virtual workshop is open to any pregnant person and your support person or partner. All families are welcome!
The workshop series will take place on the following Monday evenings in November from 5:30-6:30 pm:
November 2: Being Well During Pregnancy
November 9: Preparing for Labour and Delivery
November 16: Early Postpartum Recovery and Care
November 23: Infant Feeding and Lactation
This workshop will be held online via Microsoft Teams - you will receive a meeting link prior to the start date, and can join from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
