I used to feel at home in most women’s spaces… until I didn’t.

It wasn’t anyone’s fault, but something inside me had shifted.

The more I embraced my queerness, the more I started to feel like perhaps I didn’t quite fit anymore. Like I had to hide parts of myself to feel accepted.

And honestly? It left me feeling a bit lonely.

No local queer friends. No community around me.

Just a deep craving for connection with people who get it.

So after 8 months away, I’m bringing back something special:

So, what is Virtual Speed Friending?

Think of it like a cozy queer hangout, without the pressure.

I’m your host, Petria (hi! 👋), and I’ll gently guide us through two hours of connection, laughs, and probably a few deep chats that hit you right in the feels.

You’ll be paired up in breakout rooms (about 10 mins each) with another attendee, and we’ll give you fun, soft, and meaningful questions to help break the ice, no awkward small talk here!

At the end, if you vibe with someone and want to keep the convo going, you’ll have the chance to swap details.

Whether you’re newly out, questioning, or confidently queer… this event is for you and a space where you can be fully yourself. 💖
