At the MHFA, we take a holistic approach to mental health, taking into consideration physical, psychological, emotional and social health.
Hence, during National Mental Health Month 2021, we invite you to take a virtual wellness journey with us. We are bringing together three different wellness providers for this exciting event.
Join us to learn how to manage your stress, to explore how yoga can be beneficial to your mental health, and to perhaps begin or continue your meditation journey.
