A virtual gathering of women FOR women!
Via Zoom in the comfort of your own space, we hold a safe and non-judgmental space to take off all the ‘hats’ and put the ‘shoulds’ aside.
90 minutes of time for yourself to turn inwards and listen to what is pressing on your heart. We will explore how we can incorporate self-love rituals into our lives, not by fitting more into our already busy days, but by simply bringing awareness to the 'magic in the mundane'.
All while being held, seen and supported by like minded women.
Throughout this virtual circle, you will be guided through a relaxing meditation, there will be chats around our theme, prompt journalling, sharing, and oracle cards!
A quiet and comfortable space is encouraged together with a journal, pen and a candle to light.
