Virtual Event: Psychological Claims Management - A Guide for Employers
Event description
Course Description:
Psychological injury claims represent approximately 11 per cent of all claims and account for more than 30 per cent of the cost of claims. With return to work following a psychological injury recognised as being 2-5 times slower than physical injuries, it is important that employers adopt an early and empathetic approach to claims management in order to optimise return to work outcomes for psychological injury claims.
This course, featuring an expert panel discussion, will explore strategies that employers can utilise to adopt a best practice, person-centred approach to return to work for psychological injury claims.
Our panel of experts includes:Â
- Dr Paul Phillips - Psychologist from "Need A Psych?"
- Shaun Kim -Â Senior Legal Advisor, EML Victoria
- EML's Mobile Claims Specialist TeamÂ
