How ENVISAGE Can Support Your Family

Virtual MyTime

About this event

When you are raising a child with disability, life can feel overwhelming.  The ENVISAGE Families Program is here to help! This free evidence-based program, is funded by the Australian Government, for parents and caregivers raising children with disability, delay and Autism aged 0-8.

Join MyTime to learn more about the program, meet two of Kindred parent  facilitators, and ask questions. Discover how ENVISAGE can help you build on your child's strengths, foster their belonging, collaborate with healthcare providers, and prioritise your child and family well-being.

This event is facilitated by Kristy

Kristy lives in Umina Beach on unceded Darkinjung Country.  She has one amazing small human who is almost 8 and has a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD and Global Development Delay. On the weekends you can find her little family either at the beach, in the bush or at the local markets.

Kristy worked in the corporate world for 15+ years before becoming a stay at home parent carer and part time artist/creative.  She currently works part time as office manager for her local LGBTQIA+ not for profit and recently joined the Kindred team as a parent facilitator.

Who is this event for?

MyTime is for parents and caregivers raising a child with disability, developmental delay or autism.

During a MyTime session, there is a guided discussion and a space to connect with other families. These discussions offer an opportunity for parents and caregivers to share and learn from each other.
