Join us for this Understanding PDA Virtual Autism MyTime session where we’ll come together as parents and carers to chat about Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). This is a relaxed, interactive space to:
Reflect on what our understanding of PDA and what we learned from the webinar
Share your own experiences and challenges with PDA
Exchange practical tips and ideas that work in everyday life
Ask questions and learn from others’ perspectives
Connect with a supportive community who understands

During a MyTime session, there is a guided discussion and a space to connect with other families. These discussions offer an opportunity for parents and caregivers to share and learn from each other. The sessions are held online via Zoom.

This MyTime group is facilitated by Kristy
Kristy is the proud parent of Dash, an inquisitive, gentle-hearted, and wonderfully funny 9-year-old. Dash is Autistic, has ADHD, and global development delay. Kristy likes to say that Dash "got it from his Mama", as she identifies as AuDHD herself. A passionate advocate for her family, Kristy thrives as a parent peer facilitator, dedicated to sharing her insights, celebrating neurodivergent joy, and connecting with other families on a similar journey.
