What if I am unable to attend my designated session time?
Please contact Reception with your availability as we may be able to accomodate you in another session.
How many guests can each performer bring?
As seating at the venue is limited, we ask that you invite immediate family only. Some exceptions may be allowed, but please check with reception first.
What if a performer is enrolled in more that one instrument?
Students learning more than one instrument may perform on each instrument under a single $30 Performers Fee. Please register for your preferred session time and we will do our best to accommodate all performances in the one session.
What if a performer or a sibling has been scheduled in multiple sessions?
Please register for your preferred session time and we will do our best to accommodate all performances in the one session.
Does every performer require an accompanist?
Guitar, piano and drum students will not require an accompanist. For all other students, the decision to perform with an accompanist will depend on your chosen piece. If you are unsure, please check with your teacher. The use of backing tracks is discouraged.
What time should performers arrive?
Please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled session time.
What should performers wear?
There is no dress code for performers, however, recitals are a special occasion so please feel free to dress up if you wish.
What should each performer bring to the recital?
Please bring your instrument and any sheet music required for your performance. Music stands and sound equipment will be provided.
What are my transport/parking options?
There is ample parking outside the Auditorium. Please enter the School via Gate 2 on Waterworks Rd. (See map).
