This mastermind is for you if you want to fast-track your impact by creating and activating a visionary strategy, building meaningful influence and super-charging your self-awareness, strategic capability, leadership and communications skills. With you on the journey will be a small group of extraordinary women from a range of fields and disciplines who share two important traits: a clear sense of purpose and the urgent desire to achieve their potential.

The program will kick-off with a two-day online intensive, followed by monthly full-day sessions that will include new content and tools, plus coaching, open discussion, guest speakers and troubleshooting sessions.

• Strategy and 100-day plan - An easy-to use framework to translate your new skills and strategy into an action plan

What is included in the mastermind?

• Initial two-day intensive, to craft the first draft of your visible leadership strategy (hopefully in-person)
• Monthly one-day online sessions: a mix of new content, tools and frameworks and coaching: with the opportunity to troubleshoot your individual challenges or opportunities
• A private online group facilitated by Julia and Sarah, with 24/7 access to the group and a space to ask coaching questions, share wins, receive guidance and support
• Access to tools and frameworks that are exclusive to Visibility Co
• Visible Leader Roadmap, Visibility Strategy and 100-Day Plan: integrated plans that combine vision and pragmatism, to set you on a super-charged path towards your vision. Each strategy runs to no more than one page and incorporate your life, health, relationships, leadership and visibility

*Please note, if we are able to hold some of the sessions in-person there may be an additional cost for venue, catering, accommodation and expenses for an overnight retreat as part of the two-day intensive. We will discuss this with you as plans unfold.
