✨ Before You Arrive

Please wear comfortable, relaxed clothing — something you can sit or lie down in for meditation.
Bring a water bottle and, if you like, your journal or notebook for reflections.
All vision board materials are provided (magazines, boards, and tools).

🕰️ Arrival Details

Time: Arrive 05 minutes early to settle in.
Workshop: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM sharp
Location: Flour Mill Space Unit 106, 3 Gladstone St. Newtown
Entrance: Look for a small door

💫 What to Expect

A calming guided meditation, followed by vision board creation — your space to design your next chapter with clarity and magic.
Light tea and refreshments will be served.
