Event description

Hello beautiful

Join me for the sixth of our seven-part workshop series, where we'll open the energy of the Third Eye Chakra through Tea, Journal Prompts, Yoga, Breathwork and Sound Healing. You'll receive an intuitively picked third-eye-opening crystal gift and tea this session.

The Third Eye Chakra, known as Ajna in Sanskrit, is the center of intuition, clarity, and perception. It governs our inner vision and ability to see beyond the physical, connecting us to deeper insight and wisdom. Physically, it is associated with the forehead, eyes, temples, and brain, and can even influence the nervous system. If you often experience tension in these areas or feel disconnected from your intuition, this session is for you!

In this intimate Sunday afternoon gathering, we’ll begin with self-reflection through journaling prompts designed to explore where your Third Eye Chakra may feel blocked or out of balance.

Next, we’ll dive into practices to activate and balance the Third Eye Chakra. I'll guide you through a grounding meditation and a gentle yoga flow and Breathwork session aimed at creating space and awakening your inner vision.

We'll wind down with a sound & energy healing, channeled to open the energy of the third eye chakra and get you in touch with your INTUITION.
