VIVEX is a new community experience built around three pillars:
MOVE • RECOVER • CONNECT
The journey begins with a welcoming social run through Adelaide before arriving at a secret warehouse destination, where the experience continues with curated recovery activations, live music, food, drinks and genuine community connection.
This is not a race. There is no official timing, ranking or pressure to compete. VIVEX is designed for people who want to move together, experience something different and meet like-minded people along the way.
THE EXPERIENCE
MOVE
Join a social run through Adelaide at a comfortable, inclusive pace.
The final route and distance are currently being confirmed and will be shared with ticket holders closer to the event. Participants should be comfortable completing a moderate-distance group run.
RECOVER
After arriving at the secret destination, transition into a curated recovery experience.
Specific recovery activations and participating partners will be announced progressively as the event approaches. Participation in all recovery activities will be optional and subject to relevant health and safety requirements.
CONNECT
Stay for the warehouse social featuring:
Live DJ and music
Matcha, coffee and pastries available for purchase
Partner activations
Social spaces designed to help you meet new people

WHO IS VIVEX FOR?
VIVEX is for people who enjoy fitness, wellness, music and meeting new people.
You do not need to be an elite runner, but you should be comfortable participating in a moderate-distance social run. The emphasis is on shared experience rather than speed or competition.
The event is intended for adults aged 18 years and over. No person under 18 will be permitted to register for or participate in the event.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
VIVEX is a social run, not a competitive race.
Participants must follow all Australian Road Rules, pedestrian signals and instructions from event pacers and staff.
The route may include public footpaths, shared paths and pedestrian crossings.
The final route, distance, meeting point and start time may be adjusted during the planning process.
Recovery activations are optional and will be confirmed closer to the event.
Matcha, coffee, pastries and other products may be available for purchase from independent vendors.
The event is expected to proceed in most weather conditions unless the organiser determines that conditions are unsafe.
Tickets may be transferred to another person in accordance with the event ticket policy.
By attending, participants acknowledge that running and recovery activities involve inherent physical risks and agree to follow all event safety instructions.
This is an 18+ event. Valid photo ID may be requested.

- Do I need to be an experienced runner?
No. The experience is designed to be welcoming and social. However, participants should have a reasonable level of fitness and be comfortable completing the final confirmed distance.
- What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes participation in the social run and entry to the secret warehouse social experience. Recovery activations and participating partners will be announced progressively.
Food, matcha, coffee, pastries and other vendor products may be available for separate purchase
- What should I bring?
Wear comfortable running clothing and suitable footwear. Additional recommendations will be emailed to ticket holders once the route and recovery activations are confirmed.
- Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Tickets may be transferred to another person before the event in accordance with the ticket policy.
- What happens if it rains?
The event is expected to proceed in most weather conditions. If conditions are considered unsafe, registered attendees will be contacted with further instructions.
- Is this an 18+ event?
