Join us for an afternoon activity of heart-centred community, belonging and connection. In our Circle, we will get to experience EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), this practice assists in releasing negative thoughts and embracing the positive aspects. During this session, we are focusing on the "self", of letting go of any feelings of not being good enough and bringing in the positivity of being absolutely good enough!

Participation is not mandatory, so just showing up is a great start.
