Travel instructions

NRS Event Center is located back on the Ranch behind the main NRS store. Look for the market directional signs!

Entry instructions

Please enter the event through the main arena entrance. Signage is clearly visible.

After entry instructions

All vendors are straight ahead in the arena. Restrooms and food trucks are up on the patio to your left. Loading Zone for Large/heavy items is on the right side of the Arena. Signage is clear and visible.

Hazards

We have a packed dirt floor and could cause difficulty for those with disabilities. It is accessible however for wheelchairs it just may require additional effort to access.

Toilet location

Restrooms are up on the patio and there are two nice air conditioned portable trailers for additional toilets.

Accessible parking

Handicap Parking is available. Please let parking attendants know if it is needed. They will direct accordingly.

Loading Zone

The Loading Zone is located on the right side of the arena. Signage is clearly visible.

Pre-Purchase Ticket Holders

Gates open at 9am Friday for all pre-purchased ticket holders. The first 25 pre-purchased ticket holders in line each day get a VMD tote full of goodies!! One tote per customer per event.

Pet- Friendly

We love fur babies so YES they are allowed if ON A LEASH and WEL BEHAVED.

Venue Details

Arena is completely covered and protected from rain. Arena is not climate controlled so dress according to weather. Floor is dirt arena but hard packed by a heavy equipment roller.
