Travel instructions
Creek County Fairgrounds is located approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Tulsa. From Tulsa: take I44 towards Oklahoma City (turnpike fees required) Take Exit 211 (Creek County Fairgrounds) At stop sign turn Left towards (RT 66, Kellyville Sapulpa) At stop sign turn Right, Creek County Fairgrounds will be on your left Signage Clearly Visible
Entry instructions
Please Enter the event through barn 1. Barn 1 is the first barn you will see on the right when entering the property. To access the entrance customers need to enter through the sidewalk that runs in front of barn 1 and validate their ticket under the pergola. Signage is clearly visible.
After entry instructions
We have three barns full of unique vendors! We recommend going through each barn multiple times. You will find something different each time!
Hazards
Barn 1 has a packed dirt floor and could cause difficulty for those with disabilities. It is accessible however it may require additional effort to access. Customers have to walk outside (approximately 20 to 30 feet) from 1 barn to the next. This area is not protected from weather related issue such as rain. Umbrellas & Rain boots are recommended if rain is in the forecast.
Toilet location
Restrooms are available in both barn 1 & 2. Signage is clearly visible.
Accessible parking
Handicap Parking is available. Please let parking attendants know if it is needed. They will direct accordingly.
Loading Zone
The Loading Zone is located on the back side of barn 1. Signage is clearly visible.
Pre-Purchase Ticket Holders
Gates open at 9am each day of the event for all pre-purchased ticket holders. The first 25 pre-purchased ticket holders in line each day get a VMD tote full of goodies!! One tote per customer per event.
Pet- Friendly
We love fur babies so YES they are allowed if ON A LEASH and WEL BEHAVED.
Venue Details
Barn 1 & 3 are not climate controlled. Barn 2 is climate controlled. All 3 barns are completely covered and protected from rain.
