Description
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important part of VMIAC’s governance. It is where Individual Members vote to elect representatives to the Committee of Management (CoM), VMIAC’s governing body.
It's also an opportunity for VMIAC members and others interested in our work to come together, hear about our activities and financial position over the past year, and learn about the organisation’s direction.
You can expect to:
Receive VMIAC’s Annual Report and hear updates about our work over the past year.
Vote in the election of vacant Committee of Management positions for 2027 (VMIAC's Individual Members only).
Ask questions and discuss matters relating to VMIAC’s governance, management and strategy.
Any other AGM business or motions that were submitted for discussion prior to the meeting.
