Let me introduce myself 🤍 my name is Rosie and I am a lover of all sound.
Sound and song has changed my life in more ways then I could ever have imaged. 
I am incredibly passionate about sharing this with as many souls as I can, because this work is life changing 🙌🏼 
Sound is the most powerful healing tool in the world! And guess what! We can all use it. If you can make sound then you can sing and you can heal with your voice. 

What is Vocal Embodiment?

Vocal Embodiment is an awakening and activation of your authentic voice, a voice that is open and free, a voice that is expressive and capable of communicating emotional truth.

Vocal Embodiment awakens a deep sense of listening and responsiveness to the impulses that arise within our body.

This Embodiment can be experienced as an in-depth exploration of voice as experienced through the body and the space around us, deepening the body-voice connection.  

This 6 week container of Voice Embodiment Sessions is for women who:

• Seek to connect to their Feminine Wisdom
• Curious about your sound and voice 
• Crave more aliveness, connection and freedom within your voice and body
• Desire embodied ways of finding 'home' within the body
• Seek safety, depth, creativity and connection with other women
• Are ready for feminine healing through authentic voice and healing the layers of conditioning
• Understanding the power of your voice and how to use it for healing
  
• Connection to your true authentic voice 
• Building a strong community of woman to support each other

• Using sound with instruments

• Dance
• Song Circle
• Sound Bath

What to bring

• Yoga mat 
• Water
• Pillow/blanket/sheep skin or anything else you need to feel comfortable during the sound bath 
  
• Journal/eye mask (optional)
