Vocal Embodiment

           Join us for an in depth 8 Week Feminine Vocal Embodiment Journey:

Each week ...

we will come together, move, sing, breath and connect.

At the end of each session you will be taken on a Somatic sound journey to deepen your experience and support the embodiment of your voice and truth.

There is absolutely no singing experience needed for this event.

You will be gently guided and supported throughout the whole evening and at no point will you be expected to sing by yourself. All movement and singing is done as a group.

What is Vocal Embodiment?

Vocal Embodiment is an awakening and activation of your authentic voice, a voice that is open and free, a voice that

is expressive and capable of communicating emotional truth.

Vocal Embodiment awakens a deep sense of listening and responsiveness to the impulses that arise within our body.

This Embodiment can be experienced as an in-depth exploration of voice as experienced through the body and the space around us, deepening the body-voice connection.

This Series of 8 Voice Embodiment Sessions is for women who:

• Seek to connect to their Feminine Wisdom

• Crave more aliveness, connection and freedom within their voice and body

• Sense a new way of being & desire new ways of expression

• Desire embodied ways of finding 'home' within their body

• Seek safety, depth, creativity and connection with other women

• Desire an array of Embodiment tools, techniques & transformative practice for womb, heart and being

• Are ready for feminine healing through authentic voice and healing the layers of conditioning

Venue:

These events will be held in the sacred temple space of Zoe's land in in the Noosa Hinterland in one of the most beautiful venues on the Sunshine Coast.

Here you will be well held with trees, fire and an incredible space for sound!

Rosie Foley

Rosie is a Vocal artist and lover of all Sound. 

She spent my childhood chanting out to sea on cliff tops with my farther and singing from tree tops. 

Singing has played such a huge part in her life, yet she has had to overcome many challenges in life a lack of connection with her true authentic voice was felt. 

This is now where her passion lies, in helping others connect to their true authentic voice. 

Our voice has the power to rebirth us, to bring us back to our deep knowing and connection to ourselves and the infinite universe. 

Your voice holds the key to all the wonders and secrets of the universe and beyond. 

We as women have such a strong and powerful connection between the earth, Mother Gaia and the Universe and our voice plays such an important part in this connection as a woman. 

So now is the time to come together, sing, laugh and raise our vibrations so that when we head out into the world we send a ripple effect of love and healing, paving the way for all the women past present and future. 

Zoe Gaia
