🌸 Vocal Sound Bath 🌸
Step into a gentle, restorative class where we use the voice in simple, soothing ways to release tension, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself. With local singer/songwriter Maxon, will you be led through a series of humming, toning, and healing sound practices to experience how sound can nourish your body and spirit - no singing experience required. This is a safe, supportive space where your voice is welcome exactly as it is.
What to bring:
A meditation cushion or bolster to sit on
Water
Comfy clothing
A journal (or piece of paper) and pen
An open heart and mind
What to know:
During the practice, emotions may naturally arise. A follow-up email will provide information about support services and other community events if you wish to continue your journey.

About Your Host:
Hello :) I’m Max (aka Maxon), a musician and vocal facilitator on a mission to create inclusive, safe spaces where people can explore the power of their voice. Singing, both solo and in groups, has incredible benefits for mind, body, and spirit. Science shows that using your voice can reduce stress, release endorphins, improve breathing, and strengthen social connection. In my workshops, I guide participants to reconnect with sound, experience the joy of singing, and discover the transformative effects of vocal sound for wellbeing and presence.
