Come explore your voice in fresh, freeing, and soul-nourishing ways.
We’ll begin by gently arriving in the body with grounding teachings and playful practices to help you feel safe, centered, and empowered in your vocal expression. You’ll be guided through tools that build confidence—not just in singing, but in how you understand yourself and show up in the world.
Experience the magic of chakra toning and vocal harmonizing with the shruti box and crystal singing bowls to move stagnant energy, clear blockages, and awaken your voice from within.
You’ll also have the opportunity to connect directly with the instruments, feeling their resonance in your own hands and heart.
We’ll enjoy a brief intermission and snack time before we close our time together in a nourishing singing circle, held in a sacred and judgment-free container where all parts of you are welcome.
You’ll leave feeling more connected, uplifted, loved, and liberated in your body and voice.
And just know—every practice is optional. You are not expected to sing, and the journey is deeply fulfilling no matter where you are on your path.
