Voice Activation & Singing Circle
Event description
Explore your voice in new and different ways!
We will begin with teachings and different practices to help you drop into your body and find comfort using your voice, empowering you with the tools you need to feel more confident in a multitude of ways.
Learn chakra toning and harmonizing with the shruti box and crystal singing bowls to move energy and shift blockages.
Enjoy an opportunity to practice with the instruments yourself.
Then we’ll finish with a singing circle.
All in a closed container and judgement-free zone.
You will leave feeling a deep sense of love, connected, uplifted and more liberated in your body.
*All practices are optional, you are not obligated to sing, the experience is fulfilling regardless of where you are at on your singing journey.
