The Voice does not come from your throat but it does resonate throughout the body, we journey though the chakra centres and explore the resonance and expression in there.
This workshop is for healing your self expression through vocal release, breath work and toning.
If you wish to sing or communicate with more confidence and resonance this is for you.Whether you are an experienced singer or you are starting to use your voice in song or live story telling & speaking.
Here we sing the body for healing and energy release and come into deeper presence in this moment. To become of no-mind.
The Voice Activation journey is a weekly class to check in and gently open the voice and connect the your body.
We start with pure sonic release and opening the sound through vocal release, then we sing some intuitive heart song.
