Voice and Toning Workshop - Tauranga

An invitation to an enjoyable afternoon of voice and toning exploration, and relaxing sound healing. Hosted by Nicola Rose Gibbons.

This group is all about expansion of the throat and voice. In that everybody has their own unique sound or vibration. The intention is to leave with a greater sense of confidence in your own voice and speaking out.

And with guided exercises, also feel a greater sense of harmony in your body; simply by harnessing your own sound. Toning is easy and begins to free the voice again. It is also very healing, for yourself and others. Sounding together is very healing too.

With activations for the Throat Chakra area, this will help with further expansion.

The second half of the group will be a sound healing voyage, where you can lie down, relax and receive. Experience deep relaxation with drumming, singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, wind chime and other instruments.

Nicola is a sound healer, mainly with voice and toning, light language songs and drumming. She has hosted groups around the world. The language helps to activate your own divine power and calm the nervous system.
