The Women’s Auxiliary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community (ACT Chapter) is excited to announce its annual peace symposium, Voices for Peace: Empowering Women to Shape Society, to be held at 11:00 AM on Sunday, 3 November 2024, at the Flynn Community Hub in Canberra.This year’s symposium comes at a crucial time, as the need for women’s leadership in fostering peace, understanding, and societal harmony has never been more urgent. With global tensions and divisions on the rise, the event will underscore how women’s transformative influence is vital in bridging divides and driving meaningful, positive change. Through inspiring talks, thought-provoking discussions, and personal stories, the symposium will showcase the essential role women play in shaping a more peaceful and cohesive society.

This symposium is a call to action for those who believe in the transformative power of women’s leadership and unity. Together, let's amplify women's voices and build a brighter, more connected future for all.

The free symposium is open to the public and invites women from all walks of life to join this enriching dialogue on peace, unity, and empowerment. Lunch will be served, providing an opportunity for networking and fostering connections among attendees.
