Voices in Flight: Barrilete Workshop

In honor of Día de los Muertos, join us in learning and creating a barrilete—a Guatemalan tradition with Maya roots that serves as a bridge between the living and their ancestors. These kites have also carried messages of resistance and community struggle, and together we’ll explore the messages we wish to uplift and share. 

This program will be held outdoors but location may change depending on the weather, with your comfort and safety in mind.
