The Pub to Pub is back for it's second year! Join us on the 21st September 2025 to shake off winter and kickstart spring.
Volunteering is a fantastic way to be part of our event, meet new people, and support the cycling community. We have roles suitable for all ages and abilities:
🛠️ VOLUNTEER ROLES

🍌 Aid Stations - Ideal for community groups or clubs

🚦Course & Pedestrian Marshals – Help keep the course safe and guide participants

📋 Registration & Information Desk – Assist participants with check-in and inquiries

🚐 Shuttle Marshal – Lead car and SAG wagon drivers needed
-
🎤 Pre-Event Assistants – Help with setup and logistics before the event
-
🏁 Finish Line Attendants – Cheer on participants and assist at the finish area
We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds. Whether you're an individual or part of a group, there's a place for you.

📍HOW TO GET TO LANCEFIELD?
In the heart of the Macedon Ranges, just one hour's drive from Melbourne, Lancefield is nestled between Mt Macedon and the Cobaw Forest.
ARRIVING FROM NORTH - Driving from the North, take the Broadford exit (C311) from the Hume HWY and follow signs to Kilmore (C311). From Kilmore, follow the signs WEST to Kyenton / Lancefield (C324).
ARRIVING FROM MELBOURNE - Drive direction Melbourne Airport (M2). Continue past and follow Signs to Sunbury / Lancefield (C743). Make a right, direction NORTH to Lancefield, on Lancefield RD (C325)
