The Volunteer Involvement Cycle is a practical tool that assists volunteer-involving organisations manage their volunteers and outlines the key stages of volunteer involvement and what to consider at each stage.
There are three focus areas in each of the four stages, and each stage of the Cycle aligns with the National Standards. Following the Cycle helps Volunteer Involving Organisations plan for, manage, and evaluate their volunteer programs while staying consistent with best practice standards.
This session will introduce this practical tool and aims to equip volunteer managers with the knowledge, skills, and resources to enhance the volunteer experience, from recruitment through the entire volunteer cycle.
