The Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport is delivering the Volunteer Advantage Webinar Series, facilitated by Louise Giles - Manager Training and Development, Volunteering WA.

This series offers 4 online sessions to help sporting and recreation organisations strengthen volunteer engagement and build more sustainable clubs. 

This series explores practical approaches to volunteer recruitment, retention, support and succession planning, providing participants with achievable strategies that can be applied immediately.

    Louise is a training and development professional with more than 25 years' experience across the volunteer sector, not-for-profit organisations, local government and corporate environments in the United Kingdom and Western Australia. She has extensive experience supporting sporting and recreation clubs to address volunteer recruitment, retention, succession planning, governance and volunteer wellbeing.
