Overview: In this online session, we will focus on Practice Area 4 – Train and Grow Volunteers, and Practice Area 5 – Feedback and Recognition.

· Why training is important for volunteers
· How to recognise and reward volunteers
Outcomes:
· Greater confidence in training and recognition of volunteers
· Tailoring recognition to the needs of volunteers
We shall work through guided questions as a group and in break-out sessions. You will have the opportunity to work on these practice areas together – learning from each other and formulating new approaches. It will be interactive and fun!
Takeaway: You will leave with a digital workbook that you can use to help you learn more about and brainstorm new ideas for all 7 Practice Areas.
