Event description

Interested in becoming a volunteer in palliative care?

Come along to our interactive face to face information session to find out more about the work of a volunteer in supporting people with a life-limiting terminal illness.

Our volunteers bring their life skills, excellent listening and empathy to help with art legacy projects, life story biography, editing, social media, home visits and in-hospital support.

Opportunity to meet the team and for Q&A about the roles on offer, training and more.

Join the Palhelp project team and volunteer to provide companionship at home, in the community, or in healthcare settings. You can make a meaningful impact by just listening, encouraging advance care planning, becoming a life story biographer.
